Doesn't a certain crew chief involved in that already have a history of pushing or going over the limits?

Well, a certain crew chief has a history of outright cheating for sure.

Knowing Knaus, being close to the limit is probably a distraction from something else they aren't looking for. The man's a true genius. I love that guy.

When we were at Atlanta I had a chance to observe an interesting bit of activity.

Jimmie's car wasn't satisfactory and they were working on it in the garage. A reporter (?) anyway, somebody with a camera down low was filming what they were doing with the back end of the car.

Knaus told the guy to get out, quit filming. The guy responded that he was allowed to be where he was (just outside the garage opening) and that he had the creds to photograph and film at will. Knaus couldn't do anything about that so he sent one of the guys over to stand in front of the camera, effectively blocking the view.

Now, it could just have been that they didn't want any perfectly legit company secrets to get out. Or it could have been some hanky or some panky. All I know is Jimmie's car never did perform well that day so my assumption is that they were trying out something that didn't give them the results they wanted.

This means absolutely nothing. Ever been to a dirt late model race??? They cover the rear end so no other driver or REPORTER can see the set up. They also cover the tires so no other driver or REPORTER can see the tire compound...Wow you need to get out more..

Sad but true. I don't have a real talent for poking people just for the sake of poking. I'm usually the pokee.

Or maybe I'm just too subtle. Yea that's it... it ain't me, its the world!!!!
