See? Typical Robby fans. You guys just cannot, for the life of you, see the good in things. Just like Robby, always looking towards the negative.

Fact is, they are in the top 35. By a little, sure but this gives them the cushion they need for Martinsville and after to work on their car's handling issues DURING PRACTICE, instead of having to worry about how fast they can qualify. Like it or not this is a good thing. This was their goal when the year started and they made it. Now it's time to up the ante.

That is a very good thing. What MWR should be thinking about now is getting a full time sponsor for the #00 car. I believe McDowell is capable of keeping it in the top 35, as long as they can keep racing the car.

You need to stop this shit with the typical robby fan... Truth be known while I respect Robby as a driver and a teamowner... Im not a great big fan of his!!!! Call it whatever you want too.. but as much as I love Micheal McDowell and want to see him prove himself I think he is taking to large of a leap from Arca to Sprint cup in a year!

You really should think about these type of statements before typing them, being a Waltrip fan you should relise how much more ammo that gives others....I guess I'm just not getting where Robby was even part of this thread.....

and here we go with the "You root for Waltrip so you can't say nothing" deal again? BS. If things were really that way, the ONLY fans of any drivers that would be hanging out are fans of Jeff Gordon, Jimmie, and Tony. Oh yeah, the Junior fans are invited by default since Junior does no wrong.

Oh and BEF told me in a PM that she is a Robby fan, and I was just pointing out that most Robby fans can see no good in anything that happens to another team.

I am just calling a spade a spade. As much as you go on about Robby, then you claim you don't much like him. Oooooooohk. Fact is, I've NEVER met one Robby supporter that looks on the bright side of things. That's exactly what you are doing, not looking at the bright side. I bring up one point that is cool and you trounce all over it like it doesn't matter but it DOES matter. Robby learned how much being in that top 35 means. Why do you think he fought NASCAR so hard about those points being given back. He flat out said being out of that top 35 would kill his team. So when I say that it's cool all 3 MWR cars are in the top 35..... even if it's for a short time, it's something to look forward to, not insult like you did. Don't want to get called a "typical Robby fan", then please don't act like one. You know I like you and I am not trying to be rude, but us Waltrip fans take alot of crap. People give it JUST to give it because they are idiots. I don't mind people doing in a teasing manner just to play around. That's all good. It just irritates me when people will take ANY little thing, even if it's good and say it sucks simply because it's Michael's team.

Now I never said you weren't entitled to an opinion because your a Waltrip fan anymore more than or less than a fan of any other driver has the right to voice their opinion....just saying YOU brought Robby into this discussion as a defense mechanism I supppose, so don't be surprised or get all bent out of shape when someone runs Waltrip in the ground (after all that would just be an opinion too, no matter who they pull for)

Now for an opinion...It's good to see MWR get all three in the top 35...I don't care if it's for one race or the rest of the year, after the year they had last year as a group it's good to see it paying off for them and I'm sure they are working as hard or harder than a lot of teams out there to get to this point.

You made a few good points in another post this morning about MWR and some of the obsticles they have had to overcome (engine woes, both cars, new team etc.) I just hate to see a good debate ruined by a jab at another driver that didn't have anything to do with what was being said.....JMO.

Never said I didnt like, but not saying im a huge do or die fan of his either! If I am not mistaken YOU are the one that brought Robby up AGAIN in a thread that dont even concern Robby! I dont care if you are a fan of Waltrip or not.. I am STILL entitled to MY OPINION about him, I havent liked him ever since he made a smartass comment about Jeremy last year at Pocono... I dont like Michael Waltrip, I think he sucks as a driver, I think he sucks as a person, As far as DR I have always liked him, I have always thought he could be a top 10driver given the right equipment, and you can look over my previous post about Micheal McDowell, I ADORE that kid!!! Always have will always pull for him... Now im sorry you dont like Robby.. but frankly I could really give a flying rats ass, but dont bring him in ever thread that someone post or thread that I make in reguarding my opinions about ANYONE else..

Thank You
