And I think NASCAR is right by docking driver points. If you don't dock points from the driver, then teams can cheat, get caught and then the driver suffering no consequences of the team's actions. Does that sound fair? I think not. Docking driver points sends a strong message that cheating will not be tolerated. |

I don't think they'll try to appeal it any further...they just needed a little time to get things ironed out for the next 6 weeks. They don't have enough depth to the organization to have people ready to step in like some of the other teams have.
